Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct. Please carefully review your shipping details before completing your order.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered or is delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery, delays, or additional costs incurred. In such cases, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Reshipments
If a shipment is returned to us or held by the carrier due to an incorrect address, we may offer to resend the order to the correct address. Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, a reduced reshipping rate may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
Shipping Confirmation
Once an order has been dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Shipping confirmation and tracking details are provided where available.
